You can make something better in your own kitchen. I will never return. Went there at 11am on a Sunday. Lined up for 30 mins but the Fairfax sandwich was worth it. Nothing too special about the truffle hashbrown though. Eggslut is located in downtown Los Angeles in the central market. Quick, easy delicious gourmet egg sandwiches.

Worth checking out. Be careful if wearing white they are a little delicious mess. The hash browns with truffle were excellent too. Nice staff easy to order fast turnaround. Slide 1 of 4. Mexican restaurant. Taco restaurant. Guisados is a popular mexican restaurant inDTLA that locals love for its variety of braised meats served on handmade tortillas.

The interior of the restaurant isn't very pretty, but the tacos are so good that it's worth coming here to enjoy them. The tortillas themselves are thick and chewy, and made with locally produced masa - they're a perfect base for the flavorful tacos. We ordered the beef and vegetarian sampler plate and all of them were delicious.

Very friendly staff and service as well. The 1 taco spot in LA in my book. If you have tried it.. There are several locations in DTLA, Echo Park, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, East LA, Pasadena, and Burbank.

All offering the same delicious recipes for tacos. This is another must try! My favorite is the Mole Poblano Taco! Wow, these tacos were fantastic.

I actually got four, but I forgot to take a photo of the last one because I was too excited apparently. The workers helped me choose which tacos to get and the service was very quick.

Indoor seating available. Multiple vegan and vegetarian options as well, which is always a plus. The tacos are delicious with very unique flavors and bunch to choose from too.

They also have a good selection of drinks and Aguas. The service is fast and the workers are very helpful. Only downside is this is in DTLA and the parking situation is awful.

Found this place after a day of shopping in the garment district and so glad we did. The food was very delicious and fresh. I highly recommend the fish taco.

The habanero salsa was good and had a real kick to it. The employees were also very nice. Alize was helpful in giving us a run down of the menu as it was our first visit.

I can't remember the man's name who worked the register but he was kind enough to let us try a sample of their sangria which was good and refreshing. My only regret is that we live in San Diego and not close by. I loved the chicken mole taco! Small but tasty.

Avoid the mushroom taco!! I have no idea why they put that thing on the menu, and I LOVE mushrooms, but this was like ugly little canned mushrooms on a corn tortilla and that's all. Shrimp taco was good too. I'll be back to try the tamales and breakfast tacos. They are open til about am on Saturdays and stay pretty busy from all us bar hoppers looking for sustenance late at night lol.

The Spring Street side of the Arcade building stays open late too so there's plenty of room to sit and grub. Tried for the first time and the service was unmatched you can tell they care a lot about their customers and are passionate about their food.

I got the OG sampler and my fiancé got the shrimp tacos. All of the tacos were delicious with our favorite being the shrimp tacos.

Each taco had so much flavor! They were not your traditional Mexican street taco but it was still delicious! Sampler was good but on the really small side. Fish taco is delicious. The tortillas by themselves are tasty. They offer vegetarian options. They had a very authentic Mexican "guisado" style.

This place is small but they've got big flavor and can be found in the heart of L. I had the mini sampler and all of them are great. The Armando Palmero drink was excellent as well.

I like the cup that they use that you can drink with the lid covered without using a straw. One of the best tacos I ever had, and definitely will return for some more when I am in the area again. Tried the beef and pork tacos.

what was nice was the heated wraps. Beef was yummy too. So the tortillas seem to be handmade, the food taste very authentic, and the atmosphere is dope! I highly recommend this place!!

It is a bit pricey but it is DTLA. If you want something authentic this is the spot! Service - Excellent, concise, and very fast! Need a place to stay? Where City name. Rooms, guests. Rooms and guests. Search for hotels. Oyster bar restaurant. Show 2 more.

The Mariscos Jalisco truck has been parked in the same spot on Olympic Boulevard in Boyle Heights for a decade and is widely considered to have the best tacos in Los Angeles.

The taco dorado de camaron fried shrimp taco is the only item on the menu and it is delicious, with salty morsels between your teeth. Slide 1 of 8. Very fast made to order service. The shrimp tacos dorados is a must have when eating here.

If you like octopus, make sure to order a shrimp taco with octopus on top. You wont regret it. The shrimp tacos and Poseidon come highly recommended from one of the best tacos trucks in Los Angeles. The area may not look the best but we saw no problems and for the food, it's definitely worth coming out of the way to sample some of the best seafood tacos.

There's an indoor area to sit and dine if you wish. A big plus is that they have a relatively large indoor dining area.

I've never heard or eaten here before, but after watching a few notable food bloggers Mark Weins , I just had to try it out Right in front of the truck, there's a sit in building for you to sit down and eat, or out front there's a long sit down area that looks like a bench where you can sit outside if you prefer.

The past two weeks I've been coming here for Lent since no meat on Fridays, I've just been getting the Shrimp tacos and the Poseidon and I have to say, it is DELICIOUS.

Pipping hot and still crunchy even with all the sauce on top and even that makes it more delicious. For 2. SHRIMP tasted fresh and the octopus from the Poseidon was just as delicious as the next. Its a nice little spot tucked away in East LA, but making the drive was worth it for the amount I paid for.

Would definitely recommend if you're in the area craving some shrimp tacos or oysters haven't tried it yet but will get to that eventually. Best shrimp tacos anywhere. Service was fast. Food was well prepared. They have plenty of seating inside a building next to their food truck.

The aguachile was so good and spicy. Not too spicy where you won't enjoy the food. Just perfect! Parking sucks, but don't let that scare you away. This has to be the best ceviche I've ever had.

They serve it on a food truck and they have some seats by the truck to enjoy your food. Now you're thinking theres no way the food is fresh if its served on a truck.

Well the quality and textures here are 5 stars. My friends and I ordered the Tacos de Camaron, Poseidon and Mixta. The octopus and shrimp were cooked perfectly. Not too chewy and the combination of citrus with their house made salsa were perfect.

Between the 4 of us this was plenty of food. Prices are reasonable and portions are great. Wait times can be long, but well worth it. Theres a big parking lot across the street and plenty of street parking around the corner.

I would recommend eating right away as the food can get soggy. Super authentic Mexican food truck, cash only and wayyyy better than I even thought it would be.

They are super clean and all still wear their masks. This was my first time trying the fish ceviche and it was so fresh, I mean like really SO fresh and tasty. We also had the shrimp tacos which everyone thought was delicious, tortillas freshly fried, shrimp perfectly cooked.

After everyones recommendation about trying this place we decided to travel to East LA from North Hollywood to give it a shot. This place is CASH only, we had to walk down to Chevron to use ATM. We order the famous shrimp tacos and the shrimp ceviche tostada's.

The kids liked the tacos more than I did I felt they were too wet don't like the juices getting all over my hands, this was the case with the tostados as well. Overall I was a bit disappointed thought these tacos would be better.

They do have a good seating area inside in front of the taco truck with restrooms and about 10 tables. Service was quick also so that's another plus.

Coming from Houston Im spoiled with the tacos we have and these tacos were just OK. Sandwich shop. Philippe is a long-running and much-loved deli in Chinatown, specialising in classic French dips. The establishment has been around since , and roast beef on French rolls is still the name of the game - proving incredibly cost-effective compared to Cole's which charges more for its version.

This place never disappoints. An icon of old L. The meat is tender and juicy and hand-sliced. The sides are fantastic, especially the cole slaw, potato salad and kosher pickles.

They have a great craft beer selection, too. A great stop before or after a Dodgers game. Highly recommended. This place was a pretty cool place. Very interesting way to have dipped sandwiches.

They dip the bread on the inside before make sandwich then that juic on the bread falls onto the meat of the sandwich. The only downside is it leaves the bread slightly soggy but it still tastes good. The sides tasted alright not the best. The people working there were super friendly and helpful as well.

I recommend this place if you are trying to find a quick meat sandwich. I'll tell you what! I ordered the double dipped beef French dip sandwich, chips, pickle, and a can of coke and carrot cake. First, there was about a 15 minute wait at 1pm when I went.

But well worth it! Soft bread and flaky. Beef was tasty and very tender. Carrot cake I think that was the best I have ever had!!! I highly recommend this location. Pretty close to dodger stadium as well. Cool spot. It's usually always packed specially for lunch! People are nice sometimes in a rush, but that's because there's so many people!

It used to be cash only when I went long time ago. I was able to order for pick up. It was easy AF! You won't have to wait in line so yeah! They have a little spot inside that also sells candy for the one's with a sweet tooth!

Go and enjoy and dip your Sammie! It was fantastic. I ordered the pork dip, which did not disappoint. After seeing multiple YouTube videos about this location, I decided to give it a try, and it turned out to be rather enjoyable. On the interior, the bread was moist, but on the outside, it was crispy.

It was well worth the money. Omg the French dips are DELICIOUS!!! My bf loved it though! And I appreciate the both sides were fresh, not something shipped there in a tub from across the country. The employees were all super kind and helpful.

Worth the hype! I have come here a few times now. Gets only better each time. Double dip pastrami is delicious. The meat is juicy, fresh and melts in your mouth. The pickles and pickled eggs are worth adding!

Great atmosphere. Perfect before a baseball game. Loved our dinner at Philippe the Original. Walking through the front door definitely feels like stepping back in time. Nothing fancy but super friendly and amazing food.

Ordering at the counter was quick and easy. The menu is filled with many options and unique sides and add-ons. We tried the beef dip which was excellent and my kids actually loved the dill pickles and rolls with butter. They have extra seating upstairs but be aware that it can be a little hot and stuffy up there.

Overall, so glad we tried this classic establishment. It had been a long time since the first time my husband took me here to eat. This time around the food tastes so delicious. The atmosphere and vibe was on point. They are busy like always. If you're nearby or in the area or come as a tourist, this is a great place to stop by and grab a bite.

Plus it's epic and a landmark on its own. Show them some love and support. This LA institution has been churning out French dip sandwiches for over a century. Got the classic beef dip with extra meat and a side of potato salad and it was very tender. Only USDA Prime beef is used here.

It's a popular pre-Dodger game meal spot and has a free parking lot for customers. They also serve breakfast during morning hours and numerous fresh baked goods.

Solid food. We came here for breakfast around 7am on a Sunday and there was no line yet, but people definitely started to trickle in as we were leaving closer to 8am. We ordered the pastrami dip single dip which was our favorite.

We also had the beef dip single and coleslaw, which were both tasty, but I would order other things to try next time like the lamb dip and breakfast plates.

Can't wait to come back to try their breakfast! We peeked over at the other tables and the French toast, pancakes, egg and and pork steak plates all looked so good. Had heard about this place from back in the day and while on vacation in LA finally decided to try it, It pretty much lives up to its name, They're double dipped French dip sandwiches and they're pretty damn good!

Actually I'd say one of the better French dips I've ever had, It's worth coming here to try it out.

Also like the steak fries And the general atmosphere is pretty nice. Also it wasn't overly priced. They have parking in the back it can get kind of tight so arrive early. Old school but always true to their food. Everything is freshly made there. So, of course I was going to a Dodger game and decided to bring the family here.

I ordered the beef dip double dipped , macaroni salad, pickled beets, lemonade and a lemon meringue pie. Everything was yummy. Service is always great! If you do come make sure you come early, because you will stand in a wrap around line.

Mind you it does go fast! Is a legend in Downtown Los Angeles! Located across the street from Union Station, the place is still the same as it was 25 years ago. You stand in line to order, then take your sandwich and drinks on a tray to your table- either a private booth or community table.

French dips in Beef, Lamb, ham, turkey or pastrami can be Dipped, Double Dipped or Wet. Great sides, drinks and desserts.

Plenty of free parking! Chicken restaurant. Fast food restaurant. Hamburger restaurant. Dino's Famous Chicken is a counter-serve chain that specializes in chicken and burgers.

Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of food that they provide. They have several locations throughout LA and all of them are popular with locals and tourists alike. Slide 1 of 9. Best grilled chicken in SoCal.

Customer service is amazing. Every staff member is great, lots of team work going on in the kitchen to achieve those great flavors in every plate. The fries have a spicy kick with a hint of chicken flavor. The chicken is soft and full of flavor grilled to perfection giving you the best grilled chicken experience.

Minimal wait time. In a nice busy area with lots to see and do. Thank me later! Highly recommended Local-forum. The flavors were on point, and the chicken was cooked to perfection - juicy and tender with a mouthwatering crispy exterior.

The chicken fries were a unique twist and added an extra level of deliciousness to the meal. The service was friendly, and the food was served quickly. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was welcoming and made the dining experience enjoyable. Definitely a must-visit spot for all chicken lovers out there.

The chicken fries plate is pretty good. The chicken is nicely seasoned and very juicy. It comes with a BED of fries that soaks up all the juice from the chicken. Comes with a shredded slaw and tortillas. Go the food for takeout. Parking: small lot that was full when I was there.

Not enough sauce on fries was disappointing me enough. Dinos is not nothing what use to be. The service is bad now ,they don't have signs to indicate we're to order if you go to the window inside they told you to go outside after they kiting you waiting, they need to put signs.

The food was very cold 🥶 if you go and complain they give you bad attitude. They need to relaxed and back to the good service and good attention.

The flavor is changing. Please do something, if Dino was here he well do something. Thank you 😊. It was elaborate, extravagant but so SO good! The seasoning on the chicken which bleeds out into the rice is mouthwatering just to think about. So basically if you don't know about dinos you are missing out!

Some of the juiciest chicken you'll ever eat they are fast service chicken made freshly daily 😋. I have to give this place credit for it's value, one of the few places that you get more than what you paid for.

We got the chicken with rice and beans and the chicken tenders with a side of beans. We thought this would hold us over until dinner, but half of this food filled us for the rest of the night. As for the quality, it seemed as if everything was cooked in the same spices and then separated out.

There was a bit of heat here but it isn't too hot, it really is the lemon flavor that gets you to stop eating the fastest. They are definitely a popular place so when they mess up your order don't be surprised, but let them know they are good about getting it correct.

Food court. Grand Central Market is a food hall in downtown LA that offers visitors a variety of restaurants, bakeries and markets to choose from. The market is located at the heart of DTLA and has been open since This place is POPPING.

Tons of different options of food. All great good. You can find a HUGE variety of foods, really. I don't know if I can explain it in words.

Just come check this place out, it's tasty. There are some cheap options and some real expensive options. There are some dessert places, some breakfast, but mainly it's lunch and dinner food. This place is always a great stop whether you are a visiting tourist or local.

I love having all of the food options. Tonight there was live music which boosted the overall Friday night vibes. There is a parking garage attached which helps for convenient parking. Not much to complain about this market.

You can go many times without eating the same thing. Highly recommend. OMG, I have always wanted to come here but never had the time, this trip we made the time and it did not disappoint. Cannot wait to go back and try some new things.

then the fresh made banana pudding and the egg and bacon sandwich. Tacos were good and the kids loved their wood fired pizza. I have had better Pad Thai but it still wasn't bad but probably wouldn't get it again. Donuts were pretty good too.

So much to choose from. I've been coming here for many years. I love the mix of old and new, and the mix of options available. I wish more food halls existed similar to this place.

It has parking and bathrooms are downstairs. For the most part it's kept pretty clean but my only complaint is I wish there were more seating arrangements. The downstairs is often not utilized and it would be great for this I think. Watch your head going down!

But other than that, always a lovely experience that reminds me of why LA is great. Never felt unsafe here either. Got there about 10 minutes after they opened. I would for sure go back and try different foods!
